FLX-FF4控制止回阀在管路中连接在泵的输出端，可以替代泵输出端的消音止回阀、调节阀以及关断阀。FLX控制止回阀为自动阀门，不需要手动操作，噪音小。管路压力大约为4/5PSI时，阀瓣自动开启。当瓣停止工作的时候阀瓣自动关闭，防止介质倒流以及水锤。

FLX-FF4控制止回阀可以通过旋转手轮调节阀座的位置，使阀门处于气泡级零泄漏状态直至全开状态。FLX-FF4控制止回阀的阀瓣开启行程大概为管路通径的1/3。在阀杆上设计有位置指示器，能够精确地指示阀瓣的位置。所有的螺纹配合件均采用不同的材质以避免互相咬死。不需要特殊工具就可以进行现场维护。

The FLX-FF4 control check valve is primarily designed for installaton in pump discharge piping where it functions as a spring loaded silent check valve,balancing valve and shut-off valve.The FLX-FF4 contriol check valve operates automatically and silently. Line pressure of approximately4/5PSI will open the disc. The spring closes the disc as thd pump stop working in order to prevent flowx reversal and water hammer. The flowx through the valve can be adjusted fron bubble tight shut-off to full flowx by the acme threaded rising stem . The externally guided disc lifts a generous1/3 inch for each inch of pipe diameter. The rising stem design incorporates a graduated positioning for throttling service. All mating threaded parts are made of dissimilar,non-galling metals. Field servicing can be done without special tools.
